Did you have fun celebrating the 4th of July? We sure did! What are some of the holiday traditions of your family? Do you pig out on burgers and brats? Do you light up the night sky with fireworks?

My seven-year-old asked yesterday why we use fireworks to celebrate our freedom. What a great question! It got me thinking about what freedom is and why we enjoy it so much here in the great U.S. of A.
